Request for map amendment from A-1 to R-2 with a Special Use Permit for PUD with a conservation design for 161.92 acres, located on the south side of Monee-Manhattan Road, between Center Road and 104th Avenue, Green Garden Township, P.I.N.: 13-21-100-002-0000 passed at the Planning Commission hearing with a vote of 5-0. The board approved the Commission's recomendation with a vote of 4-0.
The subdivision has plans for donating some property to the Frankfort Fire Department. The developers will support the Green Garden Trail Plan as well as provide a future link between this subdivision and property to the east.
