The board approved the Planning Commission's recommendation to deny an application for Special Use Permit to allow a second residence in the Derby Glen subdivision. (see 1-3-2005 news)
Attorney Cory Lund provided feedback regarding the draft Comprehensive Plan. Cory indicated that the document was well written and organized. He indicated the document was as good or better than a hired consultant would provided. His recommendations will be reviewed and incorporated into the document before a public hearing is held.
