The Planning Commission met to hear one case, a request for a special use permit to allow for a second residence and expand an accessory building in the Derby Glen subdivision. Since Derby Glen is a single family residential subdivision the request was denied with a vote 0-4. The applicant and their attorney were not present. Should the applicant elect to return at a later meeting to present their case, the Planning Commission will rehear the case.
The Planning Commission also provided feedback on the draft Comprehensive Plan.
