The regular monthly board meeting was held on 12/13. The Township and Road and Bridge levies were passed. No planning cases were herd.
The Comprehensive Plan is being reviewed by an attorney who has experience with such plans. Feedback will be provided at a later date. The Planning Commission was provided with four copies of the draft plan for their review. The should be able to discuss the plan at their next meeting on 1/3/2005.
There was some discussion regarding possible scenarios for a park donation for Tuscan Hills. The developer was contacted and has agreed to the customary 'cash' donation. Therefore, this item will not be on the next agenda.
