Because of the prime weather for harvest and the forecast for rain in the next few days, we did not have a quorum at the meeting. However, all was not lost.
The Planning Commission reported on their two cases%85 both passed 3-0 (see news for 10/4/2004).
Cory Singer was on hand and provided an update to the Gateway case. It was heard at the appellate court and is pending a decision.
Street parking is a concern on 80th Ave by the Pumpkin Patch business. It was thought that customer parking in the streets may be a violation of the Special Use Permit.
